YES WE ARE AN INDEPENDANT RECORD STORE, BASED IN BERLIN !
The webshop is not the heart of BCR, but only a tiny part ! We do have plenty more of items in our store selection, and a full section of nice second hands records (Disco, Soul, Funk, Jazz, House & Techno 80's, 90's and 00's...). You will also find the clothes and accessories selection of our sister brand DOWN BY RETRO. And last but not least we oftenly do instore gigs with international and local figures... so come meet and have a beer or smoothie and chat with us in our local hangout of the nice neighborhood of Neukölln !

Shipping & terms of use:

As stated up there, we are a tiny independant record store, so our mail order service is nothing compared to big warehouse websites who treat every order with database, IT systems and robots.
We do it with love and passion and all with our hands.

Shippings are done everyday but we'll notify you as soon as its done.
All shippings costs are not including tracking.
Please ask us on the order contact box if you want a tracking number. But so far we never had any troubles with regular DHL shippings... well... you know german rigorous way of working.
Anyhow we cannot be held responsible for lost packages if you don't not ask for tracking number.
We also do not proceed to refund. So please be sure when you place your orders.

If you have any questions about your order the best is still to correspond with us, either through the contact box that you'll find in your customer account, either to send us a nice email at info [at] basscadetrecords.com with your order number within the object of your message.

We'll always ship at given Delivery address, so please be really careful when you fill in the details.
Your phone number can also be really useful for the postman, don't be affraid to give it to us, we won't call you during the night.
